General

4 questions

Do you work with businesses outside Hong Kong?
Yes. Our team has technical presence in Hong Kong, Shenzhen (China), and the United Kingdom. We routinely manage cross-border infrastructure — MPLS, SD-WAN, secure VPNs — and navigate local regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction. Multi-region clients are our normal, not our exception.
What industries do you serve?
We serve professional services firms, financial services, manufacturing, retail, logistics, hospitality, and tech-enabled SMBs across the region. We're vendor-neutral and platform-agnostic — our recommendations are based on what fits your environment, not our commercial relationships.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on the situation. For urgent incidents we can be on site the same day; for planned engagements we typically start within five business days once scope is confirmed. Get in touch for a real timeline for your environment.
What languages do you support?
English, 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese), and 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese). Every conversation — sales, support, escalation, documentation — is handled in your preferred language. No translation intermediaries, no lost context.

Pricing

3 questions

How do you price managed-IT services?
Pricing depends on your environment — we scope it around how many servers, how much network equipment, and how many users you run. Small businesses can start from as low as HK$8,000 per year. Book a discovery call for a firm quote.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Twelve months. We'll walk you through the terms before you commit so there are no surprises.
Do you markup hardware and software?
Hardware and software are quoted at vendor cost, with our service fee disclosed separately and transparently. Our revenue comes from service fees rather than vendor margin. Our fee structure is project-based or retainer-based; talk to us about our current model.

Support

3 questions

What's your typical response time?
Response times are defined in your service agreement — critical incidents are our top priority. Managed-IT clients get 24/7 phone support; non-managed clients get business-hours email support.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
For managed-IT clients, yes — 24/7 cover with phone support, remote support, and on-site technical engineers when needed. For project clients, business-hours support with on-call escalation for critical issues.
How do you handle a major incident?
Incident response retainer with documented phone-back SLA. We contain, eradicate, and recover — then conduct a post-mortem and update your defences. For managed-IT clients this is included; for project clients it's available as an add-on retainer.

Technical

What cloud platforms do you support?
AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. We also design hybrid architectures using local HK providers (Alibaba Cloud HK region, HGC GCN) when data residency requires it.
Should we use a local LLM or a cloud LLM?
Local LLMs make sense when data privacy or jurisdiction (HK / mainland China data residency) is critical, when you have predictable inference volume, or when you want to avoid per-token costs. Cloud LLMs are faster to deploy and have stronger frontier capabilities. We help you choose per-workload — not a one-size answer.
Can you work with our existing vendor / MSP?
Yes. We routinely integrate with incumbent vendors, telcos, and managed-service contracts. Our role is to optimise the outcome, not replace your relationships unnecessarily. Many of our engagements start as co-managed IT — we sit alongside your existing team and bring specialist depth where you need it.

Compliance

2 questions

Do you help with PDPA / GDPR compliance?
We help with privacy impact assessments, data-mapping, retention policy drafting, and breach response procedures. We also handle cross-border data transfer compliance for HK and mainland China operations.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes — mutually. We're happy to use your paper too if you have an existing vendor NDA.

Still have questions? We'd rather hear them.
